When deciding on a name for my business, I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate my grandmother's name, Grace, for I grew up enjoying time spent in her immaculate home; how it was decorated and how she kept it - everything had a place it had to be returned to. After her death in 2011, one of her belongings I kept was a wooden sign with white writing that said, "Grace's Oasis." Knowing this wasn't exactly the name that suited my company, I turned to my always innovative and creative sister, Lisa, and together, we came up with Grey Space.
This name not only has my grandmother's name in it when spoken aloud, but also describes a space that has yet to be fully understood or defined... "A Grey Space."
